At the heart of it is the Institute of Romani Culture in Albania (IRCA), which, through its ACCTING pilot project, has helped Roma micro-entrepreneurs take bold steps toward environmentally sustainable business practices.
In the suburbs of Tirana, where cycling was once seen as a sign of poverty or a relic of the past, a quiet revolution is taking place.
